Somatic Healing Therapy
Somatic therapy helps your body and mind release stress, tension, and stored experiences — supporting healing from PTSD, anxiety, depression, and even chronic pain.
Traditional talk therapy focuses mainly on the mind and misses the fact that our bodies hold onto stress, emotions, and past experiences. The highly effective somatic approach recognizes what our bodies have been holding and helps you gently release them.
Each session can include conversation, reflection, body awareness, breath, or movement, depending on what feels most supportive for you.
Clients I’ve worked with include those experiencing PTSD, ADHD, autism, eating disorders, anxiety, and more. Through a gentle, flexible, and sensory-aware approach, somatic work helps release what talking alone often can’t, creating emotional release and regulation, resilience, and calm.
