Somatic Healing Therapy

Somatic healing includes conversation and guided nervous system work.
We explore what’s happening emotionally while also working with how it shows up physically.
Sessions may include talking, awareness of physical sensations, breath, and gentle movement when supportive. The focus is helping you process stress and trauma responses in a way that builds capacity over time.
Nervous System + Fascia
For chronic tension and physical holding patterns.
These sessions are movement-focused.
We work with guided, intentional movement and awareness of connective tissue and muscular tension patterns to support greater ease in the body. When appropriate, gentle touch may be incorporated.
This offering is less conversational and more centered on sensing and moving. It is regulation-led and paced to your nervous system.
