
About Me
I am a certified Somatic Trauma Practitioner, Breathwork and Movement for Trauma Healing Practitioner, and Holistic Health Coach with over 10 years of experience.
I was drawn to somatic work after years of struggling with my own health and nervous system challenges. Despite seeking help through conventional approaches, I often felt that something essential was missing. I became deeply curious about the body’s role in healing and the ways stress and trauma are held beyond conscious thought.
Through this exploration, I began to see health holistically. The mind and body are not separate. Our emotions, nervous system, physical symptoms, and daily habits are interconnected and influence one another constantly.
Somatic therapy works with this understanding. Rather than focusing only on insight or analysis, it supports the nervous system through body-based practices such as breathwork, movement, and awareness. This work helps create safety, regulation, and the capacity for change over time.
My background in holistic health allows me to integrate nervous system work with lifestyle and mind body support. Each session is individualized and guided by what your system needs in that moment. I know I'm here to help others.
