Hi, I’m Alisa.

We are often taught to treat the mind and body as separate. We talk through our experiences, analyze our thoughts, and try to move on, yet many people still feel anxious, tense, or stuck.

I help people regulate their nervous systems and work through trauma, anxiety, and chronic stress by working with the body, not just the mind.
â
Somatic therapy focuses on how stress and trauma live in the nervous system. Through body-based practices such as breathwork, movement, and awareness, we build safety and regulation from the inside out and create space for emotions and patterns that talking alone cannot always reach.

My work integrates somatic trauma practices with holistic lifestyle support to offer a grounded, personalized approach to healing.
