Hi, I’m Alisa.

Many people try to think their way out of anxiety, stress, or trauma. They analyze their thoughts, talk through their experiences, and try to move on... yet still feel tense, on edge, or stuck.

​

That’s because stress doesn’t only live in the mind. It lives in the nervous system and body.

​

I help people work directly with anxiety, trauma, and chronic stress through somatic healing and fascia-focused sessions that address how these experiences may still feel held in the body.

​

Sessions can include conversation, guided awareness, breathwork, or movement, depending on what feels most supportive for you. We move slowly and stay within your capacity.

​

​Clients I’ve worked with include those navigating trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence, eating disorders, and chronic stress patterns.
