I help people regulate their nervous systems and work through trauma, anxiety, and stress from the inside out. This work often improves physical pain, skin health, and even autoimmune symptoms.

I’m a certified Somatic Trauma Practitioner, Breathwork and Movement for Trauma Healing Practitioner, and Holistic Health Coach with over 10 years of experience supporting others on their healing journeys. My background in holistic health allows me to integrate mind-body practices and lifestyle support to give you a customized path to healing.

What is somatic therapy?
In Western culture, we’ve often been taught to see the mind and body as separate. Somatic therapy bridges the two — helping you process emotions and release old patterns that talking alone can’t always reach. Through body-based tools like breathwork, movement, and awareness, we create space for healing and resilience.
